Craig Wilson is a publishing consultant who helps aligned authors navigate their journey from concept to publication. Acting as a concierge for our clients, he matches authors with the products and services that best suit their goals and stays in touch throughout the process.

With 12 years of sales experience and broad exposure to thought leadership, speaker training, digital marketing, and consultancy building, Craig brings a deep understanding of entrepreneurial opportunities, growth drivers, and barriers. He helps authors see their books not just as passion projects but as strategic growth assets.

For Izzy Nixon, absolutely. Izzy has always found joy in bringing order to chaos. With over a decade of experience in various industries, her expertise lies in quickly identifying unnecessary complexity and simplifying it—creating seamless, efficient operations with ease.

Outside of her bustling work life, Izzy enjoys spending time outdoors with her young family, whether exploring local parks, going on nature walks, or simply enjoying picnics in the sunshine.

Kat joined the Write Business Results team in 2016 and, as our most experienced developmental editor, works on our traditional publisher titles and bestselling titles.

With a talent for emotional connection with a wide range of authors, a love of the written word, and a pedantic streak when it comes to grammar, she is in her element when she’s crafting chapters and bringing other people’s voices to text. She particularly loves being able to unleash her creativity on a good story. Kat trained as a journalist, with a BA Hons in Journalism and Modern Languages. She worked in TV journalism in Berlin before returning to the UK, where she found her niche as a copywriter, which soon developed into long-form editing and led her to her home in publishing.

Kat brings over six years of marketing experience, including five in digital marketing, to her role at Write Business Results. With a First-Class Honours degree in Business and Marketing Management, she combines strategic thinking with a passion for clear, engaging communication.

Focused on ensuring WBR stays front of mind for non-fiction authors, Kat helps shape and deliver digital marketing initiatives that support our growing community. A lifelong book lover, she’s driven by a genuine appreciation for great stories and the people who tell them.
